The Mill – Shortlisted twice in National First Time Buyer awards

Cardiff’s new urban village The Mill, Canton – has been shortlisted in two categories of the national First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2018. The awards highlight the UK’s best schemes helping people on to the housing ladder.

The development of 800 houses and apartments on the former Arjo Wiggins paper mill site is in the running to be named Best Urban Regeneration Project while its two-bedroom Ashton house style is shortlisted for the Best First Time Buyer Family Home title.

After being selected by the awards judges, the winners will now be decided by the public – visit to cast your vote! Organised in conjunction with First Time Buyer magazine and the First Time Buyer Homeshow, the awards will be announced on 20 April in London.
