Successfully Working in Partnership

Partnership working with local authorities, including Newport City Council and trusted developers like Lovell Homes, means that we can deliver projects like Royal Victoria Court Newport.

Being able to welcome cabinet members, councillors and other partners, means that we can showcase in real-time how our communities are building and progressing.

It was fantastic to welcome Newport City Council‘s cabinet member for Housing and Planning, Saeed Adan to the site this week.

It was a chance to showcase our progress and how we are working to deliver much needed affordable homes for the people of Newport.

We talked about how the development is helping to meet housing need in the area and how we can work together with our partners Lovell Homes and the Council to deliver more schemes like this in future.
