Phillip Williams – Board Member Tirion Group Ltd

Phil is a chartered surveyor with over 40 years experience in both the public and private sectors, developing large mixed-use regeneration projects across England and Wales including Cardiff Bay and Waterfront Barry.

Phil’s experience has been gained in Housing and Urban Renewal projects in London and South Wales and has progressed him from Development Surveyor to Chief Executive. Latterly he has been advising international corporations, together with the Welsh and UK Governments, until joining Infrastructure UK, part of HM Treasury, where he has enjoyed a productive, satisfying and varied career to date.

As an NED with Tirion, Phil sits on the Tirion investments Ltd Board. Housing and property development in both private and public sectors have motivated and inspired him over a forty five year career. Now his experience is able to more directly support the promotion of affordable housing in Wales for purchase and rent.
