Claire Marshall – Chair Tirion Investments Ltd

Claire has been a chartered accountant, specialising in Corporate Finance both in industry and practice, for over 20 years, she also holds an Executive MBA. She is currently Corporate Finance Director at Azets, a company which delivers a range of accounting, tax, audit, advisory and business services.

Claire is Chair of Tirion Investments Ltd, and Chair of Newydd Housing. She has extensive experience, and exposure, to a wide range of Governance and Housing related matters. Claire has also held substantive full-time roles within Housing, most recently as the Corporate Director of Finance, Governance, Strategy and Performance at Valleys to Coast Housing in Bridgend.  There she led many initiatives to improve financial and operational performance, which she brings to Tirion as a Board member.

She is passionate about social housing and the impact that a safe and well-maintained home can have on lives of people in our local communities.
