Sarah Evans – Chair Tirion Homes Ltd

Sarah is an influential team member with 20 years’ experience in the private rental sector. In addition to her role as Chair of Tirion Homes, she is also a General Manager overseeing property management, lettings and estate agency for a large independent company operating in South Wales.

Sarah comes with strong strategic leadership skills and is experienced in business acquisitions, leading change and is very knowledgeable in housing legislation, particularly the new Renting Homes Wales requirements. Having spent most of her career as a senior manager within the private rental sector, she finds using her experience and knowledge in the affordable housing market genuinely fulfilling on a personal level.
