Mark Davies – Board Member Tirion Group Ltd

Mark is a Chartered Building Surveyor with almost 40 years’ experience in Construction, Property Management and Maintenance and Programme Delivery.

Mark has significant experience in the private, public and third sector in Wales and recently retired from the Civil Service where he was Head of Programme Delivery, responsible for major projects in Wales.  In addition to his construction experience, Mark has extensive experience in the preparation of business cases and legal agreements for significant developments and also working with major financial institutions to secure necessary development funding.

Mark’s long established knowledge and experience of the housing sector in Wales is what attracted him to become a NED for Tirion Group Limited.  Mark looks forward to seeing lots of new homes being delivered for those that most need them.
